Meet Beth Lewis

Registered Psychotherapist (RP)

I support clients who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss as well as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, inner criticism, and parenting challenges.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of Ontario’s College of Registered Psychotherapists, Beth brings a diverse range of experience and excitement to work with clients from varying backgrounds and cultures.
Since 2019, Beth has served as a peer support volunteer with Sunnybrook’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network (PAIL). Her commitment to this work reflects her deep belief in the importance of companioning other families through some of the most painful and lonely moments of their lives.
Before beginning her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Beth completed training in Shalom Retreat Leadership and co-facilitates personal growth retreats in Canada and the USA. She also completed a four-year somatic-based practitioner program at the Institute of Core Energetics (CCEP).
As a result, Beth understands how traumas are stored in our bodies from a very early age and can work with you to shift these energetic blocks so you can get back to fully living and loving.
As a passionate supporter of lifelong learning, Beth has also completed an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Intensive course and has plans to further her education in Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Beth understands the importance of the client/therapist relationship as the primary catalyst for change. That’s why she endeavours to bring compassion, curiosity, and gentleness, to foster a caring and respectful therapeutic relationship.
Beth will hold a safe space for you to explore and deal with what has been hurting you. She will collaborate with you to develop a therapeutic approach that best meets your needs.
